We specialize in on-site all-you-can-eat BBQ catering for large events, groups and businesses including at: industrial parks, construction sites, corporate headquarters, and outdoor venues. We are a fully self-sufficient licensed and insured operation with experience serving groups of 600, and can set up on a construction site just as easily as in a board room. If you have special dietary needs such as gluten free or vegetarian we are able to accommodate that as well. We have been serving the Charlotte area since 2003 as a small family run business, and are proud of our consistently excellent food and customer service.
