Carl's Kitchen is a mobile food truck serving a fusion of Korean, Cajun, Tex-Mex, and American classics. You can request our truck for private and corporate events: weddings, birthday parties, and all other occasions. Our favorite food items are our Swamp Fries served with andouille sausage, crawfish, brisket, and our signature swamp sauce! Smoked Turkey legs served with dirty rice and Grilled Shrimp, french bread, and Grilled Asparagus. Kimchi Tacos, Seafood gumbo, Gourmet Burgers with a fried egg, prime brisket, sliced pickles, and our secret sauce, Fried Catfish and Jumbo Shrimp and so much more... some of our sides are lobster mac n cheese, grilled asparagus with truffle oil, roasted cauliflower, and seasoned fries.
