We are a barbecue fare catering company based in Lakewood Colorado founded on old school Central Texas Style Barbecue and side dish recipes. We use a custom built wood fired smoker, and make everything from scratch. Having been raised in Central Texas, Cody has worked at several small town community barbecue feasts learning the old school way of creating authentic Central Texas style barbecue and sides.
