Currently operating 4 Rio Mambo Tex Mex y Mas locations and THE RIM scratch craft eats at 2 other locations around the DFW metroplex. Featuring 8 different chefs that represent a variety of scratch menus, quality ingredients, proprietary spices, and 40 years of service industry experience allows us to meet any and all event needs. There are no events too large and no events too small, with 2 full-service mobile catering kitchens, we are able to cook on-site to provide a restaurant-quality experience with professional service staff.
