Mani's Kitchen

About

Mani's Kitchen is an effort to bring authentic Indian, especially Maharashtrian Food here in Austin, while letting people experience the authenticity of food made on a Chulha, which is a stove made of bricks, and uses wood and charcoal as its fuel. The purpose of making food on Chulha is to enable people to taste pure home cooked meals like they do in their homeland, and secondly it helps preserve the Indian Culture, while also spreading it and its importance through food.
