Our bbq trailer is open on Fridays from 11am-8pm at 2001 S Commercial Ave in Coleman, Tx. We provide catering services 7 days a week. We are based out of the Coleman and Kerrville areas, but we are willing to travel just about anywhere we are needed. The bbq trailer primarily serves bbq and catfish, however our catering services are open to a wide variety. Let us know what you prefer and we will make it happen.
