Spice Kitchen Incubator is a culinary business incubator program that supports refugees, asylees, immigrants, and people of low income to successfully launch and scale their own food businesses. The program supports a number of different businesses sharing their unique culinary traditions through catering, grab-and-go meals, special events, farmer's markets, packaged products, food trucks, and restaurants. Our goal is to improve the chances of start-up and early-stage businesses of growing into healthy, viable companies while alleviating poverty and adding new flavors to Salt Lake City.
