Blossom is a vegetarian retreat chef service owned and operated by Tessa Holmes. In addition to being a retreat chef for hire we are also available for consultation, and host many of our own retreats and events including cooking classes, family-style meals, team building cooking activities, food swaps, and community dinners. Specializing in minimally processed natural ingredients we prepare colorful dishes inspired by global cuisine using mainly plant based whole foods and local organic ingredients as often as possible while supporting and partnering with area farms.
