Have you heard of Tex-Mex and love how it taste. Then you will love The Coach Eatery, we've created a New Dominican Gastronomy which we call Latinx. This form of cuisine takes the American classics and revamps them with the savory flavors of the Caribbean Isles. That is not all you get with The Coach, our foodbus is a 45 foot Coach bus which has been transformed into a fully functioning kitchen. Each event receives an amazing welcome from a beautiful bus and their food is catered to them.
