This facility has unique equipment to help local farms, bakers, and caterers to make all kinds of food, including but not limited to fresh jerky in an industrial dehydrator, smoked meat, and cheese from a smoker, Freeze-dried berries, cherry, fruits, and vegetables. Also, can make fresh Cider, ice cream, and gelato from locally sourced milk and cream. We are also building a culinary center for kids and adult have fun with food and learn the art of cooking/baking food.
