Paella is the star of your party! Valencian style paella cooked on-site. Serving parties of 15 - 75 with pricing starting at $25 per person. The Paella is prepared on-site and makes a great show. It is served with tossed salad, bread and butter. Valencian Paella includes, Chorizo Sausage (pork), Chicken Thigh, Wild Caught Argentine Red Prawns, Bomba Rice, Chicken Stock, Shrimp Stock, Olive Oil, Garlic, Onion, Tomatoes (San Marzano), Cannellini Beans, Peas, Red Bell Pepper, Saffron, Spanish Smoked Paprika, White Wine, Lemon Wedges, Italian Parsley, Kosher Salt. Mussels and clams can be added upon request.
