My father Russell Goines owned Russ Ribs for 22 yrs and he passed away and to keep his legacy going I created Goines Bbq and catering based on his traditional way of making good quality food and served with a smile. I do catering as well. And have a variety of items that can be requested. It the Ribs and Brisket are my no 1 sellers.
