  “Bad Follow Up
  
  I booked them for my husbands 50th birthday party 30 days in advance for 100 people. Their contract states to contact them 5 days before party. I started contacting them 10 days before event, no answer to my voicemails, emails, faxes...nothing. 4 days before my husbands event I booked someone else. Can you imagine the stress. Oluau was to do my entertainment and catering. 4 days before the party, I have nothing. They kept my deposit. I trusted them. I have since been told there is a change in ownership and it is not the same. AVOID them, do not be fooled by their flashing website. No communication whatsoever. Bad Bad Bad way to do business.”
