Everything is made fresh handcrafted from scratch. Our food comes from a small town in Veracruz, Mexico. We love our food and we know you’ll love it too. MORE ABOUT THE FOUNDER Zoila was/is a extraordinary women. She open her business (Rubis, name after her youngest daughter)to support her family financially. She began selling tamales at small church near the roundabouts at Hendrix College in Conway, AR. In time she began saving until she opened her small food truck.
