  “My family of 20 were planning a beach house party weekend for my Mom's 60th Birthday. I found Mark through a web search, along with 2 other companies for a Champagne Brunch. After contacting the companies; Mark was the best priced and the most personable. He contacted me right back with a few menu choices for the brunch and knew exactly what I was looking for. Mark and I spoke and e-mailed often to stay in the loop, that he quickly became
  like one of the family. Everyone in my family enjoyed his display, professionalism and most of all the food! He made our special time with my Mom spectacular! Thanks”
