WELCOME TO CRUST MOBILE WOOD-FIRED PIZZA. Crust is a mobile pizza event company founded in 2015 and based on the Connecticut shoreline. Every single item on our menu is made 100% fresh from scratch or locally sourced from the dough balls I roll myself to the meats and vegetables I use from area butchers, fisherman and farm stands. What truly sets us apart is the level of attention we put into every event. We realize that mobile pizza is a crowded market but you can be assured that I and my team will work tirelessly to impress you and all of your guests.
