Steel Sharpens Steel is a Stamford, CT based off-premise caterer featuring the cuisine of Chef Rafael Medina. As owner and head chef, he's had a passion for food ever since he was young watching his mother and father cooking in the kitchen together. As he got older Rafael began to prepare meals for family and friends, creating his own dishes exploring different ingredients and perfecting dishes that he grew up on. His philosophy has always been to bring people together with food that tastes like the meals they grew up with, but with an updated twist.
