Hello Turkey Lovers, My father started frying turkeys about 20 years ago. One Thanksgiving he was out of town and the family asked me to continue the tradition. As an over confident 21 year old I accepted the challenge. Since that time my family has fried turkeys every year. We have been frying turkeys for more than 15 years for family friends, and the community. When it comes to fried turkey there is nothing better than the fried crispy outside and the moist and flavorful inside of a turkey.
