  “we have used D Orazio for a number of years - faithful client - they usually do a good job, though they are very expensive. we recently had a disappointing experience. they showed up without their normal impressive spread - and when we asked them about the large bill for it, we got a well, no one else complained that day attitude. thanks but no thanks - tough to lose a faithful client in times like this.”
